So far, the reel is fine. I was disappointed in that no owner's manual was included. You provide reel grease but no lubrication points or frequencies.
These reels are great. I’ve purchased reels of similar value and the come in a cardboard box. The cases with reel line and tool was unexpected.

I had a chance to use the reel last eve. I had a good hybrid bite with fish to 8 lbs. The reel performance was what I'd hope. Strong and smooth drag. Great casting and good line lay. This reel was powerful and in a tiny package.
I sent you a reel for service and a spool exchange. 90 dollars and two days later it was on it's way back. Unbelievable. Outstanding price and delivery.
