IRT reels are also available with Strike Saver. This feature allows for a virtually controlled, “free spool condition” while trolling or baiting without the fish detecting a strike. This model allows the angler to prepare to set the hook before switching to standard fighting mode. With the flip of a switch, the line is reset to fighting drag mode, making the fight much easier.
